Duties of Job:
- Supervise approximately seven factory workers
- Pan product to market specifications
- Responsible for all operations in the factory including but not limited to: bleeding the fish, packing, loading and unloading freezers, stacking finished product in the hold.
- Be familiar with quality control issues
- Insure good quality of product
- Responsible for the original tally of product (i.e. daily counts, size grades), which is submitted to the wheelhouse daily
Training and Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent
