INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. If using frozen Alaska Cod, thaw in refrigerator prior to cooking.
  2. In a medium sized skillet, heat olive oil on medium high.
  3. Coat Alaska Cod with olive oil and season to your liking with salt, pepper, and Old Bay Spice.
  4. Once skillet is hot, pan sear your Wild Caught Alaska Cod for about 3-4 Minutes per side. You will know the cod is done once the internal temperature reached 145 degrees and the cod flakes apart easily.
  5. Remove from heat, let rest for 1-2 minutes and serve. Pairs great with steamed vegetables.
