INGREDIENTS
- (2) 6oz Wild Caught Alaska Cod Portions
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Old Bay Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
- If using frozen Alaska Cod, thaw in refrigerator prior to cooking.
- In a medium sized skillet, heat olive oil on medium high.
- Coat Alaska Cod with olive oil and season to your liking with salt, pepper, and Old Bay Spice.
- Once skillet is hot, pan sear your Wild Caught Alaska Cod for about 3-4 Minutes per side. You will know the cod is done once the internal temperature reached 145 degrees and the cod flakes apart easily.
- Remove from heat, let rest for 1-2 minutes and serve. Pairs great with steamed vegetables.
